We are Katie and Brooke, cousins and Doctors of Pharmacy with a dream to take that knowledge of chemistry and turn it into BEER! Delicious, clean beer carefully formulated and brewed to the highest quality standards at our brewery in Mount Vernon, WA.

In a time when microbreweries seem to be on every street corner, we encourage you to demand more from breweries, because competition leads to innovation and product quality improvement.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide clean, tasty beer in a warm, relaxing and fun atmosphere. We also want to provide customers with education on the brewing process. We hope to be able to provide you with a chance to come in to our brewery in Mount Vernon and watch our process and hang out on a brew day if you would like!
Join us for the Brew
We hope you will visit us at our brewery and taproom for a pint and a chance to meet a friend or two. We offer pints (16oz) and 12oz draft pours of our beers, pitchers, and 4oz taster flights. We also offer 32oz crowlers as well as 32oz/64oz growlers (or bring in your own growler to fill!), so that you may take our beer home with you if you prefer to drink your beer at home in your underwear.
Habit Former's Mug Club
At the beginning of each year, we offer the chance to join our Temperate Habits Habit Former's Mug Club. With a $65 annual membership, you will get a designated handcrafted mug from Grey Fox Pottery, a free mug fill with the initial membership and with each renewal. Mug club members also receive a complimentary meal on your birthday, a discount on every mug fill, discounts on growlers and crowlers, as well as 10% off Temperate Habits Brewing Co gear!

Our Dog Policy
Here at Temperate Habits Brewing Co., we love all fur-children but unfortunately, we had to make changes to our pet policy which restricts pets to our outdoor patio. What are Temperate Habits?
As Pharmacists, we are expected to be of “good moral character and temperate habits.” For the past 10 years, we have been just that. With our transition into brewing, we will not compromise our values no matter the industry. We promise that your experience at our brewpub will always be welcoming and inclusive. Our hope is that you feel as comfortable in our brewpub in Mount Vernon as you do at home.
