Whirpool and dry-hopped with plenty of Citra, El Dorado and Wai-ti hops and lots of haze, this pale ale is tropical and citrusy like your next vacation, without any lingering bitterness.

Named after the man with the brown hat who allegedly haunts our basement, our brown ale has a malty finish with very mild hopping, made with Phoenix Hops from the UK.
With homage to the former Empire Ale House, our insanely smooth stout is deep and complex with chocolate notes, sure to keep you warm in the winter months.
